Titan Weightlifting Association has a long history dating back to it's founding in 1935 by Metropolitan Association, Rudy Sablo and Dr. Ramsey.

Currently, the team has taken new residence at The Omni Fitness Center in Uniondale, NY. Coaches Dr. Richard Seibert and
Tom Tedesco guide the new and young emerging team.
